Hi, I’m Geoff.

 

I'm the maker behind Wilde’s Leatherwork.

 

I make everything by hand, right here in Blackburn, Lancashire.

 

I started leathercraft because I was sick of wasting money on cheap leather goods that would fall apart after months, let alone years, of use.

 

I wanted something that would last, something that wouldn't fall apart in my hands. I set out to design and craft high quality leather goods myself.

After my Grandad passed, I inherited his leather belt, well worn after 30 years of daily use. This deeply inspires me and reinforces the important of legacy and heritage in the items I create.

Well made leather goods develop a patina and character that is entirely unique to your personal lifestyle and how you use them. They have the ability to hold your memories and tell your stories.

​Every item is backed by a lifetime guarantee against any craftsmanship fault. Well made items can stand the test of time, and shouldn't need to be replaced every few months or even years.
