HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR LEATHER GOODS

GENERAL TIPS

Keep Dry: If leather gets wet, blot gently with a clean cloth and air dry. Never use heat.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prevent fading, drying, and cracking.
Clean Hands Only: Oils and dirt can stain natural leather.

REGULAR MAINTAINANCE

Cleaning

Routine: Wipe with a soft, dry (or slightly damp) cloth.
Deep Clean (occasionally): Use saddle soap or leather cleaner in gentle circular motions. Wipe away residue with a clean cloth.

Conditioning

Apply a leather conditioner every 3–6 months.
Use sparingly with a lint-free cloth.
Let it absorb, then gently buff to finish.

Tip: Always spot-test any product first.

WHAT TO AVOID

Harsh chemicals, baby wipes, or alcohol-based cleaners.
Over-conditioning (leather can become sticky or oversaturated).
Scraping or scratching against rough surfaces.
Carrying your items in your back pocket, or sitting on them.
Submerging your items in water or liquids

STORAGE ADVICE

No Plastic: Store in cotton or breathable material.
Maintain Shape: Stuff wallets or bags when not in use.
Cool & Dry: Avoid humid or overly hot spaces.

PATINA

With time and use, your leather will develop a unique patina — a rich finish that tells its own story. This is a feature of natural leather, not a flaw. It is more prominent in natural un-dyed leather or lightly dyed leather.

STAIN CARE

Water: Dry naturally and condition.
Oil/Grease: Blot with talcum powder or cornstarch. Leave overnight, then brush off gently.
Ink: Hard to remove — consult a professional.
