Here are a few charities and causes that I am passionate about. Any donations are welcome. Thank you.
BLISS: FOR BABIES BORN PREMATURE OR SICK
Bliss exists to give every baby born premature or sick in the UK the best chance of survival and quality of life.
Nearly 58,000 babies are born prematurely in the UK every year. 1 in every 13 babies born in the UK will be born premature (before 37 weeks of pregnancy). The number of babies born premature is increasing. The overall percentage of preterm live births increased from 7.4% in 2020 to 7.6% in 2021.
As some babies who were born prematurely develop into children and adults, they may suffer from conditions such as behavioural difficulties, long-term health problems or cerebral palsy. Some research has also found that the earlier a baby is born the higher their risk of having special educational needs at school.
As many of you know, I was born 10 weeks early, so this charity and many other like this are close to my heart.

MIND: MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY
We empower people with life-changing information – helping them understand mental health, make informed choices, and feel less alone in their journey. From helplines to local Minds, we're here when it matters most – offering real help, real people, and real hope every step of the way. We raise our voices, stand up to injustice, and push for lasting change – because everyone deserves a mental health system that truly cares.
1 in 5 young people have a mental health problem. And often, they can’t get support when they first need it.
The earlier a young person gets support for their mental health, the more effective that support will be.
I recently learned a lot about Mind, after completing a level 2 course in Mental Health In The Workplace. I find mental health can be both fascinating and frightening for many different reasons.
