By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
All items are handmade using natural leather. Because leather is a natural material, variations in colour, grain, and markings are normal and part of the character of the product. Photos are a guide and may not exactly match the item received.
Some items are ready-made and some are made to order. Personalised or custom items are made specifically to your requirements.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order is accepted. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if:

There is a pricing error

We suspect fraud or misuse
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept payment via:

Payment must be received before items are dispatched.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control.
5. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
For non-custom, non-personalised items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We will refund:

The standard delivery cost you paid (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Extended 30-Day Returns (Goodwill Policy)
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return period for unused standard items in original condition.
After the legal 14-day cancellation period:

Original delivery costs are not refundable

Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility
7. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Personalised items

Custom-made or bespoke products
These may only be returned if faulty.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault due to craftsmanship:

We will repair, replace, or refund

Return postage costs will be refunded with proof of payment
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee covering faults caused by workmanship or construction.
This includes:

Free repair

Replacement

Refund where repair is not possible
The guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage
-
Improper care or misuse
Postage costs:

Covered by us if the issue is due to our craftsmanship

Customer responsibility for general wear repairs
“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We do not exclude liability for faulty goods, goods not as described, or not fit for purpose.
