I stand behind the quality of my products with a lifetime guarantee on all items purchased from Wilde's Leatherwork. If your product experiences any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, I will repair or replace it, free of charge.

What is covered:

• Any defects in materials or craftsmanship, including stitching, leather, and hardware.

• Normal wear and tear (within reason) for the life of the product.

What is not covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions or chemicals).

• Accidental damage such as cuts, tears, or burns.

• Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.

How to Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact me at geoff@wildesleatherwork.co.uk or from the contact page. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue. I will evaluate your claim and, once approved, arrange for repair or replacement.
